If you're trying to decide whether you should buy these boots please proceed to read. I have been able to utilize them in so many different ways it's stupid. I bought them originally because I needed a basic turnout boot for my playful 5 year old. However, I keep coming across different situations where I'm like "well I have this random neoprene boot I can use". Mud fever? GOT IT. Need a trailering boot? WRAP IT. Need to ice a tendon? Rinse it with cold water or shove some snow in there, and wrap it around their leg. ICED. Need a temporary standing wrap? LOOK NO FURTHER. Need a wound covered that's literally anywhere below the bottom of the hock? NO PROBLEM. Need to pressure on a wound until the vet shows up? CONSIDER IT PRESSURED. These have been probably the best purchase I've ever made just because I've used them in so many different situations I'm coming back to amazon more than a year later just to write this review. Just buy the boots.
